| smrtgmp03-09-04, 12:53 AM | How would I go about creating a wand with more than one spell? Would that basically be a wand sized staff (as far as item creation feats are concerned)? I'd like a wand with a few different related low level spells (similar to wands found in previois editions). I realize the current rules only support single spell wands, so I was wondering how you DMs out there would ad hoc this one. I figured I would probably have to use Craft Staff, but I dont really need the benefits provided by a staff (usnig your own CL, spells over 4th level). What about creating a permanent wand (i.e., no charges)? For instance, a wand that could fire magic missle once / round. Would that simply be a wand-shaped wondrous item? Thanks for the help Gmp |

SpL 3), with 'greater' up to 50k (max SpL 6) and 'mayor' ist to 200k (max SpL 9). As a drawback you'll have to create the magic-item-to-be yourself as part of the enchantment .. so what you can build also depends on your adequate craft skill ... Since I don't allow skill-enhancing items/spells/effects for the creation this is a real drawback since the DC depends on the marketprice. Anyway .. so far it works. Necron |
