Amber Sarcophogus and Freedom of Movement? [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-28-03, 06:04 PM How do these two spells interact? Amber Sarcophogus (from the book of Exalted Deeds) traps the target in a tomb of amber, putting them in a form of stasis. Would Freedom of movement stop this from happening?

11-28-03, 08:13 PM Well, I dont think that freedom of movement would allow them to get out of the tomb, it just allows free movement in odd environments, it dosn't allow you to move if your just chained down anyway.

11-28-03, 11:07 PM Freedom of movement would be no help vs an amber sarcophougs. The same way it's no help vs a forcecage or imprissonment spell.
