12-10-03, 05:21 PM If you used the "Attack your Opponent" option in the grapple, it would help (that's when you attack at -4 against the opponent's AC), assuming you're attacking with your first.

If you used the "Damage your Opponent" option in the grapple, the Amulet will help deal damage (as if you've hit with an unarmed strike) but not with the actual grapple check.

The to hit would help the touch attack to initiate the grapple, as well as the damage you inflict right after you successfully initiate the grapple.
