So, I have an item idea. It is a combination of a Quiver of Elohana and a Belt of Many Pockets. it is called, Ghan's secret Arsenal.

I am going to throw out a few properties, a description and a price, and all I ask is for a few revisons.

This item appears to be a quiver with six divisions.

The first is the smallest, and it can hold up to sixteen wands, the second is considerably larger, it can hold up to thirty scrolls. The fourth is larger still, and can hold up to five rods. Another divison can hold up to five Staffs. Yet another division can hold up to twenty five grenade like weapons. The last compartment can hold thirty doses of potions in their containers.

Ghan's Secret Aresenal has a cap that is placed over the top when loading is finished. when this is done, the quiver appears seamless.

When a person places his\her hand over the quiver, thinks of the item needed, and speaks the comand word, the item suddenly melds out of the quiver and launches itself into the owner's hand.

The Items placed inside weigh nothing.

Price, 3500; Cost, 1750gp + 140 exp

Hewards Handy Haversack does the same thing. No divisions really needed since you can take any item out of it as a standard action.

8500 seems a bit steep for this...handy haversack is only 2000 and ehlona's quiver is 1800 (as i recall)...so why the large price hike? also...i would make it into 2 separate items...

first is like you have it, wands/scrolls/rods/staves, make it around 3000 and its great...

as far as the potion belt/pouch/etc...why not make it like a coat/vest of many pockets...each one has a 5lb extradimensional pocket, a la secret chest, and price the belt accordingly...since each potion takes up about 2-4 cubic inches, size is not an issue, and weight is nominal (1oz/potion) thus, a belt of 1 potion pocket could probably hold 10 potions...2 makes it 20, etc.

each would need craft wondrous, caster lvl 9, and secret chest...for the instant grab function of the quiver, probably prestidigitation or something similar...

cost for the belt would be on the order of 1500-2000, with additional 500/pouch (assuming standard has 2 pockets)

well, thats my two cents...

ps i think the belt is neat a la batman

Too expensive and too redundant compared to the items it is mimicking. Nice concept, if the haversack and the quiver didn't exist.

Well, the only problem is that you can't really store staffs in Hewars Handy Haversack.

The new price for the item stands at 3500 gp, and has a few additions such as a spot for 25 alchemical splash weapons.

And it is better than a robe of many pockets because that toakes up the Robe slot.

Why not? I see no reason why a staff cannot be stored in a HHH.
