When you have a magical psionic weapon, do the bonuses stack for determining cost? or do they overlap? Since you need a bonus to have a special ability, do you need two inorder to have both magical and psionic weapon? Also wouldn't a vorpral coud de grace manifester longsword be a bit powerful and yet not epic?

what is "vorpral coud de grace manifester longsword"?

vorpal works every time you roll natural 20.
not once per day.

and for the price calculation, they stack.

I know how the vorpral ability works but the coup de grace ability allows you to take a coup de grace against a non helpless creature once per day if you hit. This is automatically a critical hit. The manifester ability alows you to do something like coup de grace more than the alowed number of times per day.

I'd say they still took up plusses.
Ability to get a CdG against a non-helpless foe (even if it is just once per day)? I'd say thats on about the same power level as Vorpal, if not more powerful, so +5 enchantment for it alone. I mean, stick that on a flaming burst heavy pick, and you just garunteed an instant kill of almost anything in one swing. And as a +5, you couldn't have a CdG Vorpal weapon, since it has to be +1 before enchantments could be added, and ye can't go past +10 total pre-epic.

Although a CdG Scythe would be a fun weapon to give Death.

Psionic weapon abilities and magical weapon abilities stack for determining price. In other words, a vorpal manifester coup de grace weapon would be at least a +15 weapon (and overkill, too).
