It's a crystal from MIC that gives DR 3/- for just 2000gp. Okay, it has a maximum of blocking 30 damage each day, but when recieving melee damage mostly it seems really effective (a 'greater' crystal gives 5 DR/- for 8000gp, I consider this less cost-efficient for most characters). thanks ! |

Investing another 3000gp (+1 to +2) wouldn't be all the efficient. Of course I'm planning to stay hidden as much as possible, but when they do find me, my AC will not stop the attacks as the levels increase. Spending 2000gp on DR would be a little bit more efficient, since it take sinto account the ever greater possibility that I get hit (when I'm found/caught) ('greater invis', and 'greater mirror image' will really help, but when they *do* see you.... missing a FLy spell can be a problem for a caster) |
