| Mr.Musgrave05-27-04, 02:14 PM | One of my high-level characters has been "elected" the general of a large number of soldiers and I'm looking for items like the Banner of Valor or the Command armor ability. I was just wondering if you guys knew of anything else out there that gives bonuses like those items. Thanks! |

| Mr.Musgrave05-28-04, 10:27 AM | TrojanAx: Shoot, I even have a rod of rulership and it never even occurred to me. Duh. I think I'm going to go for the evangelist PrC from Complete Divine. It fits my character really well. Seeker95: That PrC I mentioned above gives Bard-like abilities so I'm working on that but what's this war wizard bit? I need a cohort but I haven't heard of a war wizard before. |
| Seeker9505-28-04, 11:23 AM | Back many issues ago (but still 3e), Dragon contained an article on creating spells with the [war] descriptor. Mostly, they were larger-area-of-effect and greater-range versions of spells with longer casting times and higher gold piece components. The war specialist could prepare normal spells, but could also prepare [war] spells in higher slots. Find this in issue 309, page 44. There was even a thread compiling [war] spells along the way. |
