Hey,

Im trying to calculate what my Giant Crocodiles stats will be after I have applied my Greenbound template, Augmented them as well as Animal Growthed them.

Does their natural attacks gain in strength as well (as normal weapons do when their size increases)?

Does its size grow from Huge (long) to Gargantuan (long) by the Animal Growth spell?

Some nasty crocos =)

for the stats just add up all the modifers and apply to the base stats ie
EDIT: Greenbound makes the creature a plant type so animal growth doesnt work

str 27 +4 enhancement (feat) + 6 (greenbound's mod)
...
...
etc

EDIT:
apply the greenbound template

any other questions?

Greenbound gives +6 to STR so that would mean 45 total =)

Just as I thought. Thanks a lot!

I tried to lookup the grapple bonus as well as the reduction of AC and attack bonus but couldnt find it in the SRD. Is it only published in the Monster Manual?

Found the chapter regarding the attack bonus and AC, http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/sovelior_sage/combat.html.

The grapple bonus was here, http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/sovelior_sage/specialAttacks.html.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

The greenbound template changes the crocodile's type to [plant].
Animal growth won't work anymore.
Plant growth doesn't work on plant creatures.

Also, what do you mean by "augmented" them?

lol seeker thx
i totally forgot about the plant part (no books atm)

and by augmented i think he means he has the 'augmented summoning' feat

and by augmented i think he means he has the 'augmented summoning' featIf so, then he we need to eliminate that from the mix as well. He won't be summoning giant crocodiles and then transforming them into greenbound crocodiles.

If he just means casting any of the various stat enhancement spells, that's different. Those will work as normal.

A greenbound giant crocodile croc will be Huge, and have a strength of 33.

Seeker, the feat Augmented Summoning feat applies to any summon spell and gives it +4 to STR and +4 to CON.

Why wouldnt this be applicable? I agree with the Greenbound template not working together with Animal Growth.

How are you going to get a summoned creature to remain long enough to transform it into a greenbound creature?

The animals summoned with Summon Natures Ally are all applied the Greenbound template when the spell is cast, just like they are augmented (+4 STR, +4 CON) from the feat Augmented Summoning. This is not done after the spell is in play.

Ahh. That's clarifies things.
I was only checking out the Template itself, not the Feat being applied.
