Animate Rope Motel? [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-20-04, 02:27 AM How easy is it to get in an out of the extradimensional space? Can one pop out, drop something, and crawl back in? Summon creatures and send them out? Or is it a one-way trip until the spell ends?

If traffic in and out is easy, the possibilities for abuse are delicious.

11-20-04, 12:45 PM Just climb the rope. It is a move action to climb in and a move action to climb out.
You can poke your head out, drop something and poke back in easily enough.
There is room for abuse, but the abuse can work both ways. Further, once you're in, your pursuer can just wait it out.
