| Thiez05-07-06, 04:43 PM | I suppose this spell shouldn't be first level, so you can expect a caster level of 3 or higher, so you can leave out the 'min one'. Except for the strange rainbow-necromancy combinations you seem to be so fond of, I guess there isn't much about this spell that needs fixing. Are you sure you got the medium range right? I thought it was 100ft. + 10ft./level. What about the "Green: poisoned, initial 1d6 strength damage, secondary 1d4 con (instantaneous)". I think I know what you mean (the poison is delivered instantaneous, the secondary damage comes after 10 rounds) but you might want to rephrase it into something more... readable for retards like me. |

Except for the strange rainbow-necromancy combinations you seem to be so fond of, I guess there isn't much about this spell that needs fixing. And just why does the necrainbow require fixing? xP Are you sure you got the medium range right? I thought it was 100ft. + 10ft./level. I have no idea. I just guessed offhand. I thought 100ft+10ft/level was long range, but your guess is as good as mine. Fixed. |
| Thiez05-07-06, 05:00 PM | when I say "I thought" I usually mean "I just looked it up" ;) Long range is 400ft. + 40ft./level Maybe level 3 or 4 would be good for this spell. Maybe even 2. I'm not good at levels. |
| matigari05-07-06, 10:04 PM | I would go with second level, although it has third level capabilities. Also, Poison generally has secondary effects 1 minute later not 1 round. I would make the effects 1d4 str. 1d4 con. insyead of 1d6 but that is a personal decision, and not too significant. |
