I would like to know if there are any other ways to cast multiple spells in one round. I know that you can quicken one spell then cast one regularly. I also know that you can cast arcane fusion or arcane fusion Greater. are there any others ways to cast multiple spells in a round.

Extraordinary concentration (CAd?) lets you maintain a concentration-based spell as a move action if you succeed at a concentration check. Technically not casting spells, but the effect is close enough (you cast a normal spell, a quickened spell, and maintain another as a move action)

I don't think that there are any ways, aside from arcane fusion, to cast more than two spells a round if you aren't epic. Once you reach epic, you can take a feat that increases the number of free actions you can take per round each time you take it. I forget its name right now, but if I remember it, I'll tell you.

The feat is called "Multispell"

From the SRD:
Multispell [Epic]
Prerequisites
Quicken Spell, ability to cast 9th-level arcane or divine spells.

Benefit
You may cast one additional quickened spell in a round.

Special
You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects stack.

Talk your DM into allowing 3.0 haste is another way.

contingency... i think you could cast a quickenned, then cast a regular, then trigger contingecied spell in one round.

also delayed spells, technically not casting in one round, but you could have several go off in one round.

and friends, both the summon monster line later (or lantern archons early, not a spell, but nasty effect at low levels) and the Leadership feat can grant you control of spellcasters who technically are your spells, even though they arent.

The current world record for this was more spells cast in a single round than the wizard had spell slots. It's still completely doable. The key lies in generating actions.

Spell Compendium describes two spells which allow you to discharge two or three linked spells as a single swift action: Spell Matrix (7th level) and Spell Matrix, Greater (9th level). These spells were developed by the Simbul (a poweful NPC sorceror from the Forgotten Realms). Another spell, known as Spell Matrix, Lesser is also described, which allows you to cast a single spell as a swift action. All can be found on page 199.

Trivia: Using AD&D 2nd Edition rules, these spells, known only by the Simbul, were named Simbul's Spell Sequencer and Simbul's Spell Trigger.

Hope this helps :).

In the Magic Item Compendium, there's something called a 'belt of battle', which, once a day, basically gives you 2 rounds in one round. It can be broken up into a move or standard action...and it also gives you a +2 to inititative...which is nice....
I believe it's 12k....don't have the book in front of me

Things I know that do this.

1. Contigencies and similar spells.
2. Swift action spells (or feats or spells or items that make a spell a swift action).
3. Time Stop
4. Shapechange into a choker grants you two standard actions/round (note, this may require still spell, if your DM pays attention to such things).
5. Cohorts (leadership and similar feats) with either spell casting ability or an item of spell storing.
6. Familiars with an item of spellstoring/ability to cast spells.
7. Magic items with magical abilities.

Note 5,6,7 all end up using someone else's actions, but still it goes off on your turn and you 'control' it.

6. Familiars with an item of spellstoring/ability to cast spells.

Familiar Spell (Spell Compendium) works nicely.

Well you would be very, very wrong. On the most basic level, you can use a swift and then Immediate action right after your turn ends (which takes your swift up for the NEXT round).

There's TONS of other ways. In fact, you can get many, MANY spells off in a round. There's contingency, familiars, changing into a choker, various items, celerity...

The list goes on. As a matter of fact, you can get more spells off per round than a wizard has spell slots. You just need a few broken abilities that generate actions.

The Ruby Knight Vindicator (Tome of Battle) has a special ability that allows them additional swift actions. Also there is White Raven Tactics that allows you to reset an ally's initiative (I'm pretty sure this allows them to go again in the same round, assuming they had a higher init than you). I'm sure there are many other special abilities that generate additional/other types of actions.

One might imagine a Contingent Spell, Quickened Arcane Fusion, Arcane Fusion (cast normally), your familiar casts a spell, then an ally White Raven Tactics you and you do it all again. 10-11 spells cast in one round. Then you are toast, 'cause you just spammed most of your spell slots on what turned out to be just the henchman, not the BBEG....

Shapechange into a chronotyn (fiend folio) gives you 2 full rounds of actions. :)

If you're playing eberron, the action surge feat from ECG. For 2 action points, you get an extra standard action. So you can cast two standard action spells in one round. I believe you need to be minimum 6th level to take it.
