I'm putting together a dwarven cleric of mystra, with the inscribe rune feat, from PGtF. This feat allows you to create magic items with any divine spell. The "anyspell" spell allows you to memorize an arcane spell in your cleric domain slot. The spell is cast a wizard of your level, but using wisdom as the primary stat instead of intelligence. So I was considering if it was possible to inscribe an arcane spell this way.

At first I thought no, because the spell is "cast as a wizard of your level." But then I thought if this was the case, then any cleric with access to "anyspell" could qualify for many prestige classes that require arcane spellcasting. So now (if my rambling makes any sense) I don't know which ruling would be correct.

Any insight into this would be appreciated.

Which question are you asking:

Can a cleric use this to qualify as "can cast arcane spells" to qualify for a Prestige Class?
I would rule "maybe" in my campaign. Taking a Prestige Class is a delicate balance between appropriate and abusable.

Can a cleric with scribe rune scribe an arcane rune if s/he can cast an arcane spell?
Yes. If you can prepare the spell, you can scribe it.
