Anyspell doesn't seem to restrict the arcane spell to Wizard spells.

Anyspell allows you to read and prepare any arcane spell of up to 2nd level.

You do need a scroll or spellbook copy of the spell.

Wizards are not the only arcane prepared casters with spellbooks. Psi-hunter is a prepared arcane caster (not a wizard) and uses a spellbook.

Arcane Magical Writing (PHB p178) uses Wizard throughout, but nothing says the spells are limited to Wizard spells.

We know a Wizard can't scribe a Bard spell into a spellbook from a scroll, since he can't add it to his spells known (because it isn't a Wizard spell) and even if he could, he couldn't prepare the spell.

The Player’s Handbook says a wizard can scribe a spell
from a spellbook or scroll into her spellbook. Can she scribe
a spell from an arcane scroll that isn’t on the wizard’s spell
list?
No. A wizard’s spellbook is limited to spells from the
wizard class spell list.

An Archivist can copy any scroll from any divine class to his Prayerbook (functionally identical to a Wizard spellbook.)

Several Questions:
1) A player with Ansyspell must have a spellbook, but can prepare any arcane spell seemingly of any class. It does say he must cast it as a Wizard of the Class level. Is it reasonable in RAW to assume this means a character with Anyspell can copy any arcane scroll into his "spellbook" and then use Anyspell to prepare the spell regardless the source of the spell. For instance a Bard scroll.

2) It also says the spell is "cast by a wizard of your cleric level" which leaves me concluding that if you have 1 class level and the rest via a prestige class (for say a caster level of 10), that the caster level of the spell would be 1 and not 10. Or is there some reason to conclude the caster level of the class providing the anyspell slot should be used instead?

If this works, I have some potential spells to use in this manner.

for each spell casting class that DONT have +1 to existing spellcaster class
you need to make them a different spell slot sheet. In other word they do not stack. However the class are still spellcaster class so they count for spell resistance and such things. Wizard can only cast spell from THEIR list so even if your archivist got new spell, your wizard spell slot can only hold spells from the wizard list.

1. As an Anyspell user (but I hope not an abuser) I would say that while it was probably intended to read "wizard spell", it doesn't say it directly. So, using RAW, you could copy arcane scrolls of any arcane casting class into your "spellbook" for use with Anyspell, including assassin spells, bard spells, or whatever. I personally don't consider it to be that huge a deal, but that's just me. As long as you have an arcane spell scribed into something (scroll, spellbook, an old grilled cheese sandwich) I would let you use it in your domain slot.
2. By "cleric level" I would assume that it means your "cleric caster level", otherwise the Spell domain sucks for anyone in a PrC. PrCs that give effective divine caster level would probably increase your cleric level in regards to this spell.

But now I'm curious- what spells were you going to use?
