I have a couple of questions regarding Anyspell...

Since it allows you to prepare arcane spells and then cast them as divine, i was wondering if the spell save DC would be based on INT or WIS... Anyone knows?

I have made a Cleric with Initiate of Mystra feat and i plan on using spectral hand to deliver touch attacks... It says in the spell description that the attack roll uses your INT modifier... Would it be replaced with WIS when you cast it as a divine spell via Anyspell?

Thanks

Your Wisdom score sets the DC. This is in the third paragraph of the Anyspell description.

No. You don't get the best of both worlds. You are stuck with the normal rules for the spell cast. In any case, Spectral Hand does not use 'your best spellcasting ability score. Int applys to the hand because your 'thinking about' moving it. The 'faster' you think, the faster it 'moves'. Note a Sorcerer does not get to use his Chr when casting this spell.
