Can I (or anyone) make an AoO against a person who is invisible?

I ask because I am making a pixie rogue with flyby attack. Sadly, if I fly in and attack them with my rapier and fly off again, I will provoke an AoO for moving through threatened squares. Will I still provoke if I do it while invisible?

No. From the SRD: You can’t execute an attack of opportunity against an opponent with total concealment, even if you know what square or squares the opponent occupies.Invisibility provides total concealment. (unless they can see you anyway, via See Invisible, True Seeing, etc)

You'd probably need greater invisibility though, since when you make your attack it breaks normal invisibility, and your movement afterwards wouldn't have full concealment.

Pixies have continuous Greater Invisibility for as long as they want.

Point 1.
You can't AoO opponent with total concealment, as others said.

Point 2.
From SRD:
When using the attack action with a melee weapon, you can move both before and after the attack, provided that your total distance moved is not greater than your speed. Moving in this way does not provoke an attack of opportunity from the defender you attack, though it might provoke attacks of opportunity from other creatures, if appropriate. You can't use this feat if you are wearing heavy armor.
Even if you are fully visible, as long as you use Spring Attack opponent doesn't get AoO against you.
