How many levels (if any) should this metamagic feat add to spells it's applied to? Also, which possible limitations should be kept to keep the feet fair? Also, everything in italics is stuff that I am considering adding to the feat, but not sure if it's necessary.

Deadsoul Charm

Prerequisite: Able to cast at least 3 necromancy spells, one of which is 3rd level or higher. Spell Focus: enchantment and/or necromancy

The twisted, negative-energy fueled minds of the undead resist most normal forms of influence. Some wizards, however, speculate that reinforcing the flows of mental spells with necrotic energy might allow sentient undead to be controlled or affected.

A mind-affecting spell enhanced by this metamagic feat ignored Undead creatures' innate immunity to mind-affecting spells. This does not allow spells to affect mindless undead, nor undead with immunity to mind affecting spells from other sources. In addition, Deadsoul Charm spells cannot break the control or override the commands of Undead still ruled by their creator.

Deadsoul charm spells affect living creatures as normal, but they get +2 to their saving throws to resist.

There should already be a metamagic feat like this, at +1, IIRC.

Hm. I would call this a +2 cost. Undead's immunity is pretty powerfull.
