| Doyen05-16-05, 01:33 PM | Should a target have Protection from Energy (acid) and Protection from Energy (sonic), and I look over with this spell active : would I see each individual spell (and its energy protection type acid/sonic) or would I see one glow of "Protection from Energy"? |

| Doyen05-16-05, 02:13 PM | Arcane Sight, Greater Divination Level: Sor/Wiz 7 This spell functions like arcane sight, except that you automatically know which spells or magical effects are active upon any individual or object you see. Greater arcane sight doesn’t let you identify magic items. Unlike arcane sight, this spell cannot be made permanent with a permanency spell. Wether or not I know *which* energy type, I would know how many Protection from Energys were active - right? Also, When I do a dispel magic that targets a spell, I could get away with saying "Protection from Energy" - I wouldn't have to name off which one? |
