| lavekkia07-29-05, 06:22 PM | I would like to lower arcane spell failure of my armour using magic. It is an already published special ability ? If not how much does it cost ? What spells are required ? |
| ClErik07-29-05, 06:31 PM | Core you have bard, still spell and mithral armor. Non-core you have to many ways to mention them all. Don't forget that there are quite a few spells that have no somatic component (and are therefore not subject to arcane spell failure), among them dimension door, true strike, suggestion and displacement. |
| lavekkia07-29-05, 06:39 PM | Let me elaborate: i have craft arms and armour feat and a + 2 mithral chainmail If i would like to lower arcane spell failure of my chainmail by 20% how much i must spend in gp and what spells are needed ? |
| SigilSigul07-29-05, 07:02 PM | There's an enhancement in the Exalted Book that will do that. I don't personally allow it (you end up with the silly twinkage of a wizard with +1 Twilight Mithral for 5000GP instead of paying 25k for +5 bracers), but it depends on your DM. :) |
