Puca 03-29-06, 02:11 PM	Wands are not clasified as divine or arcane the way scrolls are. As long as the caster has the spell on his class list, bards for example, he can use the wand. Likewise, if the spell isnt on your class list, it doesnt matter if it is a divine or an arcne spell; you cant use it. (At least not without a UMD check.)

runestar 03-29-06, 10:23 PM	If you are an arcane spellcaster with CLW on your spell list, you can use the wand just fine. Dragons for example... ;) Else, its good old fashioned UMDing...

I understand the confusion about this as I had it myself, but boy would sorcerers really suck if they couldn't use scrolls and wands of things they don't ACTUALLY know.

Correct, except not all dragons can choose spells from the cleric list. Black, green, and white dragons can't, while all good dragons, red dragons, and blue dragons can.
