If I was invisible and I shot a ray on enfeeblement, would the others see the ray shoot from an area that I was standing?

Just curious.

technically, since a ray shoots from your fingers to a target, i'd imagine it would look like something. a disentegrate spell is a pale green ray if i remember. it is whatever is imagined to be for the caster, though perhaps some would look rather interesting. i imagine the ray as a reddish orange in color, extending fully to the target, and ending from the hand at the same time.
it's all up to looks of how you want it to appear.

Yes. But at the same time it does not matter. (This of course assumes you are using Greater Invisibility, so that firing the ray did not turn you visible.)

A ray is going to be an almost instantaneous thing. So by the time you trace it back to its source (your invisible finger) their ability to use the information would be minimal.

At best, I would give someone a +2 circumstance bonus to locate you, if they can act in the same round in which you fired the ray.

Do any rays have a reflex save? If so, we should assume the character must be able to see the ray to dodge it.

No, Rays are touch attacks. No reflex save.

There's no penalty or restriction on Reflex saves while Blind, so that's irrelevant.

Look in the Feats section of the PHB, and you'll see a wizard firing a Ray at Lidda the Halfling Rogue. (There's even a caption indicating so) I can see that ray, how about you? =)

RoE is a purplish hue. Yes you can see it, it "lasts" 3 seconds. It qould be quite easy to trace it back to the origin, that is the drawback of tracers in real ammo. Now if there were a bunch of rays going off, might be a little harder. (Confusion of combat, like a firefight.)
