Neverborn 03-31-04, 04:50 PM	There is one in the Draconomicon, 4th level i believe... Don't know how it works exactly, but i was told by someone who has the book that it lowers the targets spell resistance, they do get a save, but they get a penalty on that save as high as your caster level... I'm sure someone can tell you exactly how it works...
smrtgmp 03-31-04, 04:57 PM	I think you'd have to check the book itself for the details. I dont think the COC allows us to post anything from Draconomicon. For reference purposes, the spell is called lower resistance, and yes, it is 4th level.
