Armageddon spell [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-16-06, 08:40 AM I believe you'll find that it is not a negative level, but actual loss of a level. With this in mind, undead (or anyone else immune to negative levels) still lose the level when they cast it. That came up once when I was playing a good lich, and wondered about it.

So I don't think you'll ever get your level back, unless your DM somehow allows the Thought Bottle.
