tatertot2k 04-28-04, 02:51 PM	Does the +10 to hide of shadow armour and the +10 to hide of the cloak of the bat stack? what about the +10 to move silent from silent moves armour and the +5 to move silent from boots of elvenkind stack? Big questions because i'm a rogue and if the do stack that means I have 40+ to those skills.
Zherog 04-28-04, 02:56 PM	In 3.5 at least, both Shadow Armor and the Cloak of the Bat grant a competence bonus; therefore they don't stack. However, given that you are asking if the +10 from Shadow stacks, I'm inclined to believe you are playing 3.0. In that case, I don't know off hand if both have the same named bonus or not. The same holds true for Silent Moves and Boots of Elvenkind.
bjorntfh 04-28-04, 04:19 PM	Circumstance boni stack from different sources. The boots probably stack with silent moves (since they both give the different types of circumstance bonus, i.e. dampening footsteps and making your gear and armor silent.) The armor and cloak might, but I'll have to look up the type of circumstances they give.
