| tarkin02-21-05, 03:51 PM | 1) I think so. Not positive. 2) Yes. A save against a spell happens faster than a quickened action. Even if you did, there is no way to arrange without a) giving the victim a safe place to jump or b) having the blade barrier eat the wall of ice. |

He would spend 5 charges (1 for the spell, and 4 to offset the number of increased spell levels). 2. I'd say yes. I mean, if you are really good, you can dodge a good deal of blades since they aren't completely filling up every empty space. |
