The +10 bonus is not specified Insight though it’s in the Divination school. Can it be stack with True Casting?

There are no default types associated with any particular bonus or source of bonuses in D&D. If the bonus is of a specific type, the source of the bonus will say so.

Since Assay Resistance specifies no type to the bonus, there is no type. Typeless bonuses stack with all other bonuses that do not arise from the same source.

Therefore it is very likely that it does stack with a bonus from something called True Casting, unless True Casting specifies otherwise. Where does True Casting come from?

Complete Mage, it's a True Strike for spell levels when attempting to overcome SR. +10 on the next caster level check for SR if it's made within the next round. It's a nice spell.
