As the title suggests, I've got a question about the feat augment healing. If I cast "Vigor, lesser" (gives fast healing 1) on someone, and had the feat, would (s)he regain 3 hp per round? Or would it be considered me giving them the ability, and not the healing?

Thanks in advance

It would be considered giving them the ability, not the healing.

No, you can't triple the usefuleness of that low level spell by taking a single feat.

Augment Healing adds +2 points per spell level to the amount of damage healed by a Conuuration (healing) spell.

Lesser Vigor heals zero points of damage (it grants fast healing, but it doesn't actually heal damage directly).

So casting the spell would cause 2 points of immediate healing, and then 1 point per round on the subjects turn for the duration.
