*blink blink*

I must be having the largest brain fart of my life or things are just disappearing from existance. A while ago (1 year+) I was reading through my books and I caught a glimpse of items that you can use to augment spell requirements. They came in simple, but extensive list with such things as an adult gold dragon heart is worth say 5000exp instead of expending your own exp. Now I am looking through my books again because players are more into odd magic rather than regularily casting fireball and lightning bolt, so I thought that the reference/tables would be useful, but I cannot find it in all my books I even have now (which is most v3.x books available).

If anyone can help me, what is the name of the book to look back in and if you're so generous, what page?

If it's not Arms & Equipment Guide I would bet on an issue of Dragon.

It was a Dragon magazine article.

In addition, a few other dragon magazine articles (including one I wrote about dragons) include some addtional 'power componenets' that do the same thing.
