So, if I were to take that beasty on the road with me, I'd have to have some means of feeding it. Stopping at farms along the way to buy food for him is going to get rather expensive, rather quickly. So, I propose a new Bag of Tricks: The Bag of Tricks: Sheep. Basically, it would be able to produce enough sheep every week to, at the very least, offset the cost of having to stop at farms along the way.

So, how would such an item be priced?

i think this is the cheapest and best solution you're going to find as far as feeding your steed:Sustenance
This ring continually provides its wearer with life-sustaining nourishment. The ring also refreshes the body and mind, so that its wearer needs only sleep 2 hours per day to gain the benefit of 8 hours of sleep. The ring must be worn for a full week before it begins to work. If it is removed, the owner must wear it for another week to reattune it to himself.

Faint conjuration; CL 5th; Forge Ring, create food and water; Price 2,500 gp.

2,500 gp for unlimited food, plus it makes it a pretty impressive guard animal if you train it to be one.

Hey, thanks. Would there be any variation in the price for such an adjustment to such a creature?

Shouldn't be, although (At DM discretion) you might have to either craft it yourself or have it custom crafted to get it to fit your large reptilian amigo properly.

Well since your target creature has fingers a ring slot is certainly still appropriate.

If we quadruple the cost of the base item for each size category increase to account for larger amounts of base metal required, starting out with a signet ring at 5 gp for a size M, we get 320 gp for a gargantuan creature, so it shouldn't cost you more than 315 gp extra to get a gargantuan ring made (for constant masterwork and enchantment costs), so nothing too horrible. It would probably be a custom job, but there's no reason a ring that big couldn't be cast, and while it would take extra time to smooth and polish it, I'd imagine it was within the capabilities of a sufficient creative craftsman.

So custom job, probably a little extra money and time, but quite doable, particularly in a fantasy world.
