With the exception of the Will save bonus (it is a morale bonus), the other bonuses for a barbarian's rage are un-named and will stack with anything. This is not a loophole. it is intentional. The benefits of raging are specifically a class feature, and should not be diminished simply because a barbarian manages to acquire other means of enahncing his physical stats.

I do not know the details of "Magic Rage" unless you mean the spell rage. If so, the only part that will not stack is the Will save, as both are morale bonuses. Take the higher of the two.

Seeker is correct.

SRD, barbarian class description: "In a rage, a barbarian temporarily gains a +4 bonus to Strength, a +4 bonus to Constitution, and a +2 morale bonus on Will saves, but he takes a –2 penalty to Armor Class."

SRD, Rage spell description: "Each affected creature gains a +2 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution, a +1 morale bonus on Will saves, and a –2 penalty to AC. The effect is otherwise identical with a barbarian’s rage except that the subjects aren’t fatigued at the end of the rage."

Using both, a barbarian gets +6 to Str, +6 to Con, a +2 morale bonus on Will saves and -4 to AC.

A potion of Rage is 750 gp from the DMG list.
