Does spell resistance apply to bardic music?
I'm inclined to say no, since I haven't found anything to suggest it, and when reading the Fascinate ability description it states clearly how it works without mentioning spell resistance or the need to bypass it.
However, I would very much like to hear others' opinions on that matter.

Look at what form the bardic music takes. If it is SU, then it will ignore sr. If it is a SLA, then sr will apply.

This means that countersong, inspire courage/competence/greatness/heroics will bypass sr, while spell resistance/immunity will apply to fascinate, suggestion, song of freedom and mass suggestion.:)

I would disagree that Song of Freedom allows SR because it says the effect produced is equivalent to Break Enchantment, which is SR:No
