| Feng02-25-05, 01:44 PM | In the DMG it indicates a wizard or divine caster can use their higher level spell slots to memorize a lower level spell. For example, a cleric can use one of his third level slots to memorize a first or second level spell. Under the description of bard and sorcerers, it doesnt indicate they can do the same. My question is simply, can they do something similar with their upper level spell slots? I have an assassin in my group that does this regularly and i read something on here that seemed to indicate it was only prepared spells, so Im asking can he use one of his third level slots to cast a second level spell? or something to that effect? |
