Bastard anime or comic spells [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-24-04, 05:38 PM Bastard is one of my favorite moives and comics.I was wandering if any of you good people have ever converted the spells for that movie into 2e or 3e forms.Thx for any help. :)

11-24-04, 06:56 PM While I can't comment on Bastard!! in specific, I can say that anime spells traditionally do not mesh well with D&D. For instance, in Slayers d20, making spellcasting work requires a COMPLETE overhaul of the entire magic system. It's barely recognizable, next to D&D. (Slayers is another anime, for those who don't know, and for those interested in anime and D&D, is a must-watch).
