Buff spells. Seriously, you aren't likely to affect constructs with any direct offensive spells, so enhancing your melee monkeys is probably your best bet.

As for elementals, don't hit a fire elemental with Fireball. But seriously, elementals don't have many extraordinary defenses against magic. In fact, most spells should have no problem affecting them, though, as usual, you should favor spells that don't allow saves. Just be aware of any obvious immunities that a particular elemental type would have.

Constructs - spells that eschew sr, like those orb spells. Grease is nice for disabling it while your fighters pound away at it. Or maybe create a custom spell that creates a pool of quicksand at its feet... ;)

Ray of Deanimation is nice. Razing Strike, too.

Transmute Rock to Magma

Then watch to see if it gives the thumbs up... or just melts.

It's always funny to Glitterdust a construct.

Orb of force. Preferably maximized. Ranged touch, no SR, no save.

fun enough orb of force is perhaps a perfect spell, great damage, no save no SR, force damage so it effects incorporials really the only thing that can go wrong is missting the touch attack.
