| ZombieTonyBlair02-21-05, 07:25 PM | I am confused as to how this spell works exactly. What if you cast it on someone, and it grapples them, and then on their turn they teleport/dimension door away. Does the hand try to grapple them again next turn if they are within the spell range? What if the hand fails to grapple something, and the creature moves before the hand's next action? I would think the hand would try to grapple the target again, but the spell description says it works like Bigby's interposing hand and Bigby's interposing hand says that the hand does not pursue opponents. Is this only the case when Grasping Hand is Mirroring Interposing Hand, or is Grasping Hand incapabile of moving unless you redirect it with a move action? |
