04-11-04, 10:42 PM Does Bigby's Grasping Hand provoke attacks of opportunity when it tries to grapple? It only has 20 AC, and as a 9th level spell, if it didn't, it'd have a 50% chance to hit a MAGE with that, and no chance to do it to anyone with a decent attack bonus. Which should be no one at level 17.

Even so, the attack bonus seems a little low.

Any comments?

04-12-04, 09:07 AM All of the Bigby's X Hand spells are derived from Bigby's Interposing Hand. The spell description says that the hand never provokes attacks of opportunity.
