Ok, I know I can command some versions of Bigby's Hands to bullrush my opponents. The hand can bullrush the opponents TOWARD me as well right?

all quote from the SRD:

Interposing hand creates a Large magic hand that appears between you and one opponent. This floating, disembodied hand

Grasping Hand
Evocation [Force]
Level: Sor/Wiz 7, Strength 7
Components: V, S, F/DF
This spell functions like interposing hand, except the hand can also grapple one opponent that you select

Forceful Hand
Evocation [Force]
Level: Sor/Wiz 6
Components: V, S, F
This spell functions like interposing hand, except that the forceful hand pursues and pushes away the opponent that you designate

since the hand is always between you and the opponent you could not bullrush them toward you.

Shucks. What's a spell that can push opponents towards me?

you could probably find away to do it with telekinesis.

I'm thinking of playing a Knight/Sorc gestalt and [I] want some way to push the enemies toward me so I can make AoOs :D

Uh... this seems highly unoptimal... you bring an opponent towards you to AoO them... you spend a standard action AND a spell to get an AoO... aka, one attack only. You could have just spent that initial standard action attacking them!

Now, if you really want to bullrush towards you, telekinesis is the way to go. There is no rule of facing there, so you can bullrush towards, away, side to side, or heck, even up and down. (this became a killer tactic against flying enemies over a pool of acid)

Alternatively, for a first level spell, you could use slide for this. Or its big brother, Greater Slide at second level. Both are in the SC.

That said though, I don't believe that being bmoved through a square by your attacker permits your attacker to take an AoA against you. Just seems counter-intuitive to me.

While the RAW does say that moving through a threatened square does promote an AoA, the PHB also states that these attacks occur because the one moving has let down their guard. On the contrary, persons being forcebly moved through squares would be even more on their guard than usual. DM ruling of course, but I can't see this being allowed.
