| journeyman77701-07-07, 11:42 PM | No, it's the same source. This doesn't stack any more than ray of enfeeblement does. (though the two would stack with each other) |
| runestar01-08-07, 12:16 AM | Is it a penalty or ability damage? If it is a penalty, it would not stack. If it is stat damage, then yes, it will stack.:) |
| Vegepygmy01-08-07, 02:14 AM | It's not called out as either "damage" or a "penalty." The text simply says the creature's Strength score "decreases." I interpret that as a penalty, and thus they would not stack. |
| runestar01-08-07, 05:30 AM | I am inclined to agree that it be treated as a str penalty as well.:) |
| Thiez01-08-07, 09:22 AM | The duration implies it is a penalty. Real ability damage is healed normally and does not (it's a cruel world!) disappear after 2d4 rounds. |
| tarkin01-08-07, 11:22 AM | Blashpemy is already one of the most abusive spells around (4 people with the ability to cast, each round one guy casts, the other three attack. They get 4 rounds of you being stunned, while they get 3 attacks. Can you say "Ashs are all that's left?" No. Because ashes don't speak.) I see no reason to boost this spell further. It should not stack. |
| jaelis01-08-07, 11:29 AM | Thanks for the comments, they match my own opinion as well. |
| StruckingFuggle01-08-07, 12:47 PM | The duration implies it is a penalty. Real ability damage is healed normally and does not (it's a cruel world!) disappear after 2d4 rounds. That's not necessarily a given, though... see Shivering Touch. |
