I am looking for an offical ruling, not opinion or house ruling, on wether a creature that has no eyes, but has blindsight, can use the spell true seeing. Blindsight states that it uses non-visual senses to work, true sight states that you "see" things and its material component requires that you rub it in your eyes. Still I am looking for an offical ruling and nothing else. if you can point me in the correct direction that would be great, if not dont bother.
