Kouk 06-05-07, 06:30 AM	I would assume, based on the second sentence of the spell description in Frostburn, of "Visibility is reduced to zero, making Spot, Search, and Listen checks and all ranged attacks impossible" indicates how hard it is to see and make any kind of perception checks... The description of the "Whiteout" condition on page 13 and the description of the Whiteout spell says you can still see for 5 feet, so it is not the same.
