I am just wondering how the effects of Blur and Entropic Shield act together.

Would someone under both spells have:
option #1: 40% miss chance => if they stack
option #2: 2x 20% miss chances => 20% from Blur and another 20% from Entropic Shield
option #3: 20% miss chance => only one of the two applies

To me, someone with Blur and Entropic Shield would get a 20% miss chance from both (option #2) without stacking since one is concealment-based and the other is more deflection-based.

20% miss chance (similiar to effects of concealment): So we it isn't concealment. Meaning, they should stack since different effects. But similiar line is weird.

I'd go with 2 20%'s.
