05-09-04, 01:26 AM Can anyone tell me if this weapon enchantment carried over from the 3.0 Psionics Handbook to the newer Expanded Psionics Handbook that came out in April? If it did carry over, did it change from 3.0 to 3.5? I don't have the newer book yet, and am interested in creating a weapon with this feature. Thanks!

05-09-04, 01:36 AM I don't own the new book, but as far as I know, it's still there, and reletively, if not totally, unchanged.

You'll get a much better response on the Psionics Board.
