Okay, the spell Body Outside Body from Complete Arcane states that the clones created cannot cast spells. I was wondering if that might also apply to the manuevers from the tome of battle, such as from a warblade, or if the clones could also use the maneuvers.

You must ask yourself this. Is a manuever by RAW the same as a spell? If yes then your clone could not use the manuever. If no then your clone could use the manuever. But correct me if im mistaken a manuever is not a spell and thus would not be effected by Body Outside Body.

To get this you need to be a 13th level Wujen.

If a 13th level Wujen had any maneuvers, then it should be able to use them.

You don't necesarilly have to be a 13th level Wu Jen, remember the Jade Pheonix Mage class, that helps get you up there, also gestalt is an option. I know that Maneuvers aren't spells, but wanted to get some other opinions on it.

If you were on the charop boards, I wouldn't suggest this but...

Think for a minute about the spirit of BoB. The restriction on spellcasting was obviously put in place to avoid a munchkin army of cloned spellcasters. ToB came later. In the spirit of BoB, your DM (or you, if you are the DM) should also be looking for the abusive possibilities, and ToB has many.

RAW: Nothing prevents maneuvers from being used.

Worst thing I can see with this is White Raven Tactics spam though. And you could do that with multiple Crusaders in a party anyway....

Well, you have to admit that with this spell, you finally might be able to convince your DM that you count as your own ally, while keeping a straight face, so White Raven Tactics can help.
