Gneral Kass 08-10-06, 08:47 PM	As much as I like the Cryokineticist from Frostburn I was wondering if there was a touch attack spell that had the same effect on a single target as the Bone Chill ability. For those of you unfamiliar with the ability, Bone Chill deals 9d6+21 points of cold damage to every thing in a 30-foot radius emnating from the user (Fortitude save DC 15_Cha mod for half damage). Any creature failing its Fortitude save must succeed on a second Fortitude saving throw at the same DC or die due to the extreme shock of the intense cold. I'm hoping to find a spell that mimics this effect except (as I said before) on a single target and as a touch attack. Anyone know of such a spell?

Not exactly what you asked for, but the rather odd Oracular Spell metamagic feat from Lords of Madness could be used to convert Bone Chill into a ranged touch spell. Once you have converted the spell into a ranged touch spell, the Enlightened Fist PrC from The Complete Arcane gains an ability at 7th level called Hold Ray which converts ranged touch spells into touch spell.
