Are there any spells or powers that offer ability bumps (preferably INT, but others are welcome) that are NOT enhancement bonuses? If so, can you tell me where/what they are...i'm having trouble finding them if they exist.

Wish (can add inherent bonuses to any ability score).

Enlarge person (adds +2 size bonus to strength).

those are the only two I can think of with out cracking a book.

I recall a prc in some homebrew supplement that granted legend bonuses to str and con, but that's optional stuff. So the best way seems to be to try and convince your dm to allow bonuses of alternate names.(yeah, right... )

I'm pretty sure there are no 'non-enhancement' bonuses to INT anywhere (the examples for STR above aren't exhaustive, but there aren't many either).

The way to get around this (Eberron only I'm afraid) is to use an Artificer - they have an infusion that changes the type of a magic item bonus, so you can make your headband of intellect a morale bonus (and your other INT boosting item a circumstance bonus) and then add Owl's wisdon for an enhancement bonus.

Potentially very abusive.

power leech(BoVD) grants an enhancement bonus, but it is so easy to abuse of it...and the bonus cannot be dispelled, because the spell is no longer in effect, only its result...
