My barbarian could need a bonus on charging. Several threads contended "boots of charging" and "valorous" weapons.

1) What do Boots of charging do? Price? Where can they be found?

2) What does a valorous weapon do? In which book can this enhancement be found?

Thanx a lot.

:)
