| [GSV] Kirstar12-06-06, 06:03 AM | Had an interesting discussion with one of my players during a drunken game the other night. Bracers of Armouring... The description states armour bonus, but states force... So yes or no to touch ac ? |
| Witch12-06-06, 06:05 AM | Armor Bonus. That's all you need to know. Unless it's stated otherwise, it's a "no" to touch AC. |
| Auorix12-06-06, 12:31 PM | In our campaign it applies to touch vs incorporeal being force. Not sure if RAW it would be correct. |
| [GSV] Kirstar12-07-06, 03:52 AM | RAW it is correct. the reason for the post wasn't that I wanted to know, its that I wanted other people to post to shut my player up. :) His argument was that it said force so it should work against touch, I said its an armour bonus and not luck or deflection or dodge. |
| Neutronium_Dragon12-07-06, 05:28 AM | You're correct. [Force] effects do apply against incorporeal touch attacks, but not against other types of touch attacks. (At least not unless the touch attack specifically says that it's affected by [force] effects.) |
