05-29-06, 01:33 AM I'm thinking of throwing a new item into an upcoming campaign, and I was after some feedback...

I want to include a set of Bracers that allow the wearer to use Whirlwind Attack, as per the feat.

Question is - how many times per day seems balanced? I would rather it be limited than always active. Also, any thoughts on the cost or spell(s) used?

05-29-06, 02:30 AM I would not make it more than three times per day.
