most of those bonuses are enhancement, therefore they overlap.

you take the highest bonuses in any given category, and use those.

assuming i could remember if brambles is +1 to hit, +1 damage/level max 5 or if it's the +2 to hit, +1 damage/level max 10, i could be more specific.

05-15-05, 11:00 PM Mwk part is pretty useless except when it is not possible to magic it up.

From shillelagh you'd get the +1 enhancement and the increased standard damage (2d6 for medium).
From brambles you'd just get the extra damage due to the level of caster.

Also to be precise, you might not be able to cast shillelagh on a quarterstaff that already has brambles cast on it, since it must be non-magical. Now if shillelagh was cast first and then brambles, I think that might be all right.
