Does break enchanment cure feeblemind?

Break enchanment says:
If the spell is one that cannot be dispelled by dispel magic, break enchantment works only if that spell is 5th level or lower. For instance, bestow curse cannot be dispelled by dispel magic, but break enchantment can dispel it.

Feeblemind says:
The subject remains in this state until a heal, limited wish, miracle, or wish spell is used to cancel the effect of the feeblemind.

My DM thinks you can only cure feeblemind with: heal, limited wish, miracle, or wish
I think break enchantment will also work.

So which is it?

Other than the DM always being right of course ;)

I have played it before as no, because Feeblemind lists the spells that can break it, and it does not include Break Enchantment.

But I am not positive which way is correct.

Yeah, as RAW, that'd be the right interpretation.
But they have a notorious habit of forgetting about some spells when listing...
And I suspect it's one of them. It's quite possible that they hadn't even stopped to remind themselves of the existence of Break Enchantment, when they make the list.
So it's up to DM, ultimately.
