Buff spells stacking? [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-21-06, 02:51 PM My question would be .. can two or more +STR spells such as Bull's Strength and Divine Favor stack with each other (i.e. +4 STR and +6str equaling +10 if stacking.) and do items with pluses to abilities stack with each other?

12-21-06, 03:01 PM It depends on the type of bonus. Like named bonuses do not stack. Bonuses form the same source do not stack etc.

Bull's Strength gives an Enhancement bonus.
Divine Favor gives a Luck bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls.
Divine Power, however, gives an enhancement bonus and therefore does not stack with Bull's Strength.
